first, lets try something simple,,

Remove both battery cables from the battery, turn on the ignition, touch and hold both the - and the + cables together for 5 seconds, turn off the ignition, then re-install them back to the battery[if you have two batteries,be sure to disconnect both ]

Hello my name is ***** ***** you still need help?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.

If you manually turn on the headlights. Do the dash lights go off?

When you looked at the headlamp switch. Did you find the dash light dimer wheel turned all the way down?

This has happened to me when putting the trim panel back on.

Please get back with me.

Thank you
