Hi there.

Most likely, the fuel pressure control module (FPCM) has failed; however, there is also the possibility of a bad connection. Disconnect the module and make sure both sides of the connection are clean with no corrosion or bent pins. Spray WD-40 liberally on both sides and re-connect. Erase the codes and try to start the engine. If engine still won't start and code U0109 returns, the FCPM will need to be replaced and the new unit programmed to the VIN.

Best Regards.
