I have a question on my 1992 Chev I check the voltage at the tank and I only have 9.2 I have chased the wiring farther back all the way up to were it connects to the cab harness and I still have 9.2 volts

Hello I will help,

9.2 is not much, what are you grounding to? The frame?

Can you check from the negative post of the battery to the frame with the headlights on to see if it shows more than .5 volts?

That is with the headlights on? How about if you turn the blower motor on?

You should have some small voltage there, if you have a 2 volt DC scale use that
