after it sets for two days the battery is low it will not start and it states on DIC battery saver active
JA: How old is the battery? And have you tested it with a voltmeter?
Customer: new battery it is the second one in two years.
JA: What is the model/year of your GM?
Customer: 2008 GMC Acadia SLT-2
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I hope to fix it myself, but I have not checked anything as of now.

Hi there.

When the Battery Saver Active message appears on your driver information center (DIC), that means that your battery has a low charge, and your vehicle is shutting off certain systems that may drain the battery. Have your electrical system checked for parasitic draws.
