I have a 04 gmc envoy, when the car is off, the blower motor

Hello, I have a 04 gmc envoy, when the car is off, the blower motor keeps running, I pulled the green square fuse out to stop motor from running. Is it the blower motor resistor?
JA: Have you checked the vehicle's manual yet?
Customer: No
JA: What is the model/year of your GM?
Customer: 2004 gmc envoy slt
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes, I pulled the fuse to stop blower motor from running

Hello I will help,

The blower speed control transistor under the dash next to the blower motor has shorted and needs to be replaced. There is a sound panel under the glove box that you remove and you will see the bottom of the blower. Follow the wiring to the transistor next to the motor, unplug it and remove the screws holding the transistor up in the blower case. The pull it down and replace.
