I received the Stabilitrak Message and Traction Control/Oil

Customer Question

I received the Stabilitrak Message and Traction Control/Oil Pressure Low messages. While driving to work, the 2007 GMC Acadia began to run funny and had a ticking sound. There is no RPM registering. And the Power seems to be running low based on my dashboards
JA: How old is your oil pump? Has the check engine light come on?
Customer: I have had the vehicle since 2013. I don't think I have ever replaced the Oil Pump since I purchased.
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: The check engine light has come on
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: I can press the gas and the vehicle will move but it is really slow and it has a burning smell
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the GM Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.

Have you checked the oil level? If not, please do that and let me know if it is low or not and add oil to bring it up to level

Also check for any oil dripping onto the engine or exhaust and let me know
