Customer Question

Won't start, I checked all the battery cables and connections, everything is clean. I believe I have a fusable link blown near the starter or under the front bottom of engine which is almost impossible to get at unless I remove the rad etc....
JA: Does the engine turn over? How old is the battery?
Customer: Battery is in good shape and fully charged, the wipers fly over while I have the headlights on. That's not the problem
JA: What is the model/year of your GM?
Customer: 2000 JIMMY V6 SlS MODEL
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: just cleaned the battery connections and checked all fuses and tried another ster relay, doest make a click or anything
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: no
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the GM Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.
