GM Z-28: Greetings: My name is ***** ***** I own a 53 Chevy

Customer Question

My name is ***** ***** I own a 53 Chevy Pickup. When I purchased the truck the complete drivetrain was from a Z-28 Camero. It has been in the bodyshop for a couple of years and now I am questioning the engine and drive units. I see on the driver side block that it is a 5.0L-G. I was told it was a 350 engine. The numbers on the block near the alternator are:
V11186UJ-not sure about the faint stamping of the "6"
Ven 125170
The cylinder heads have the casting #14014416
I also found behind the cylinder heads K-16-3 and 14010201
My question is "What engine year and what are the heads" Can you suggest the horsepower of the engine. The truck is quick and can cruise with ease. How about a guess on the rear end as we think it also came from the Camero. The owner told me the donor car was a Camero-Z-28 and he does not have much information. Any information would be welcome.
