I am sorry for the long wait
is this a 6 or 8 cylinder engine in this ?
the odds are and is very common for those engines is the timing chain to break or jump time which would cause the no start and the engine sounding like it is out of time
when these timing chains do this the damage that can be done to the inside of the engine it is cheaper to install another used engine or a new or reman engine complete
they are usually not worth fixing when this happens
i would do a compression test first as these are so common for timing chain issues
if all 6 cylinders compression is under 125 ish the chain has jumped
all 6 cylinders should be well over 125
