Hi, my name is***** will assist you.
This sounds like a sensor, solenoid or electrical wiring related issue. The only way to properly diagnose the issue will be by using the OBD Codes.
The first thing you will need to do will be to get the OBD Codes scanned. The vehicles on board diagnostic system will have the trouble codes stored that will let us know what is causing the issue. Most auto parts supply stores will scan the OBD system for free.
