Hello, my name is ***** ***** I'm here to help get your problem solved. Does it get to the 3/4 mark while going down highway or only at idle?

going up hill....

This sounds like it would be considered normal operation if it doesn't get any hotter. The fans are working full speed around 220-230 degrees so as long as temp is not going above that it would be considered normal. There is nothing else to replace, I would just leave it alone and if its staying under the 3/4 mark and only happening when going up hills then consider it normal. Let me know if you have more questions, thanks.
