Hi, I'm Cam. May I ask your first name?
I am working to get you a fast accurate answer. About your vehicle, the crank sensor is under the harmonic balancer. However if the engine runs with starting fluid the it is not the crank sensor. Did you check the fuel pressure prior to changing the pump?

My name isXXXXX yes I ask you a question before about my truck will not crank up,instead it turns over and over.It act as though it's not getting fuel. But when I spray starting fuel,IT CRANK RIGHT UP.and I have change ,Fuel pump, fuel filter,TBS sensor,Spark plugs, wires, cap rotor. So now I'm asking should I get a Crankshaft position sensor, and where is it located on a 4.3engine 6

No. You should not get a sensor. I would check the pressure regulator or the spider injector assembly. They are common for failing on these engines.
