Very often this is caused by a faulty mode actuator , but I would like you to try RE calibrating it first to see if we can breathe some life back into it Place the ignition switch to the OFF position. Remove the HVAC B fuse for a minimum of 10 seconds.
Install the HVAC B fuse. Start the vehicle, wait 40 seconds for the HVAC control module to self-calibrate

I have followed instructions as much as possible, however you refer to HVAC fuse B,

only # XXXXX (fan)10A , #30 (A/C)10A , and #35 40A( Blower) tried all 3 no change.Can't

find any fuse marked "B".Should A/C be turned on or off during restart

test at the actuator: 12 volts in run on the Brown wire, 5 volts on the Light Blue and Black, Ground on the Yellow wire.
