You should ask a local attorney to get the file for you and the consider whether and what do declare.
In case you receive a letter called Starfbefehl, you will get a fine without trial at court. Apart from the facts, also check the amount of the fine, especially if the net income calculated per day (Tagessatz) is not higher than your actual net income. In case of any doubt, you'll need to appeal within 2 weeks in written and signed form.
