I'm sorry, that's NOT grounds for an ex parte. I'm sure you can appreciate why... If someone is keeping YOU away from your child unfairly, the court is not going allow a 'retaliation' akin to allowing you to keep that person away from the child... So, no, 'pure evilness' is not a grounds in and of itself, unless it manifests itself in some type of actionable conduct. So, long winded answer... but I'm afraid not. If I (or anyone else) tells you otherwise, I/they would be mistaken, I'm afraid. My apologies... don't like to be the bearer of bad news but sometimes (often) it cannot be helped.
