Are you suggesting that your child shouldn't be allowed to be in a car because cars are dangerous? Or you just don't want your child in her boyfriend's car?
The odds are quite high, and as you can see I don't just give out good news just because… Because I gave you bad news on the car situation… But if a spouse is going to allow you to see the child despite alleging to the court that they need an ex parte, no court is likely to say they need an ex parte.
