Good morning, I have been researching your question and have looked into numerous storage facilities in Chicago, including: Uhaul, U-Stor-It, ExtraSpace Storage, Storage Mart, Public Storage, Aaron Bros., The Lock Up Self Storage, Life Storage, Chicago North Side Storage, and CubeSmart. Unfortunately, none of these companies provide the type of services that you are describing. It is unusual for a storage company to provide unlimited van service, and even the CubeSmart website states that the unlimited van service with driver is only available at certain NY locations, which leads me to believe that this is the offering of that specific franchise owner. Other CubeSmart locations do not offer that service. Many storage facilities do not even have trucks available for rent. Of those that do, there are a few that offer a moving truck for free (subject to availability) for the initial move-in into the storage unit. Here are the companies that offer the free truck:

I'm sorry that I was not able to find a company in the Chicago area that offers the same service as the NY CubeSmart. That is an exceptional deal. I have been doing extensive research on this and all I have been able to find is the following:

Hertz has a program called "Hertz Multi-Month" that allows you to pay a monthly rate to rent a vehicle. There are no mileage limits or penalties. You could rent a van for a month for a flat fee and use it to move the furniture as needed during that month. ZipCar has a new program that offers a vehicle with unlimited and exclusive use for a monthly fee - but it can only be used on weekdays between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m., so you would have to move the furniture during the week if you were to sign up for this service, and there is a mileage charge on top of the monthly fee. Cargo vans are available. There is a monthly fee to join ($7) and then a monthly fee for this program ($299) + $0.45 per mile driven. http://www.zipcar.com/commuter

Other than these rental car and car sharing companies, I was not able to find any options for having unlimited access to a van. I am sorry I was not able to find exactly what you were looking for.
