My 2008 GL450 Mercedes Benz is leaning to the right looking at it from the back

This sounds like the air suspension system. Either one side is blown or there is one side's level sensor that has gone bad.

I'm not sure of the exact cost if the bag is blown, but if it is replacing a sensor, a general cost is $130 to $175 for the part and about $60- $? for labor depending on where you take it (small owner shop vs. Mercedes dealership).

To finish, I will need you to click the five stars at the top of your screen and hit submit, thanks!
