Can you scan in a copy of the report that is incorrect? Or, explain with a little more detail? What is correct and what is incorrect?

The identify that usually is a Z is now chk
And some others are po
So it appears the ID are not correct

Look for pieces of dirt or paper that have gotten in the way for the wheels. It is definitely a print problem of some kind. Has anything unusual happened to the register, spills, etc.?

Try a small sale and enter the amount as(###) ###-#### What does it print?

They had a paper jam and cleared it
It prints regular receipts fine
Just Id problems on X & Z reports

It really sounds like something in the printer as the electronic digital memory never fails like this. Look very closely at the print spot, maybe remove the paper and blow around near where it prints. It is a fairly inexpensive unit so you can't really spend much to fix it.

Almost positive, the reason the regular receipts are seemingly OK is the X or Z is not used unless you are reading or resetting. Don't know what else to tell you to try... could something have gotten bent in clearing the jam?
