I have a Rancilio Epica E 2 GR and it is not filling the boiler tank. We replaced the fill solenoid and it did not fix the problem. I feel like I am not getting power to the solenoid. Please help!

Initially, can you try to check the voltage on solenoid . Use voltmeter or multimeter then let me know what is the voltage reading.
