I have Saeco Talea Ring machine. Before brewing it

Customer Question

I have Saeco Talea Ring machine. Before brewing it everything looks nice, no errors. When it starts brewing coffee it pauses with the message "insert grounds drawer". If I push a little the drawer inwards, it continues brewing. Can I bypass the sensor somehow and how does this sensor works.

Hi and welcome to Justanswer.Initially, grounds drawer is a magnetic type of sensor so of the drawer is not properly aligned the sensor is not trigger then the error appear. Look at the side of the drawer your will find a small black magnet on it. To answer your question if its possible to bypass, yes its possible but not easy because for you to access the sensor your need to disassemble the machine and find the sensor (near the drawer magnet) then short the 2 wires. On your case you dont have to do that because its working just alignment problem and the drawer and door should be properly close..Please dont forget to give positive ratings.
