I don't want to rate your service as poor. However, if you read my initial request, you will see that I had already done online research and found the tune-up kit from Seattle Coffee Gear.
And that it doesn't always fit and that several people, especially one whose Ascaso Dream matched my numbers from the label and judging from the photo that was posted looked just like mine.
So, as you can see, the information you provided was information I already had. I didn't want to order something that didn't work. I was hoping for a part number or size information that would indicate the correct part.
I suppose it was silly of me to spend $25 on this service, rather than take a chance on the tune up kit for $29.95.
Thank you anyway, but I have made an appointment to take the machine in for an overhaul/tune-up and cleaning, which I am sure it could use.
So, there is no need to continue our correspondence. I have already spend hours researching this myself. I am not sure how to rate you or this service, any suggestions?
