I have taken my four year old Janome Magnolia 7330 to two

Customer Question

I have taken my four year old Janome Magnolia 7330 to two repairman three times since March. The tension keeps going out, and I get greater and greater loops on the underside. This is announced by louder and louder clicking as the machine goes along.
What I have done:
Adjusted the tension per directions in the manual
Changed to top quality thread
Rethreaded the machine
Changed needle
What repairmen have done
Cleaned machine
Changed needle
Replaced bobbin case
Realigned the machine
sewed a fabulous swatch with every stitch the machine has
What happens next
After about 10 quilt squares, the clicking begins and then between one stich and the next the tensions starts going off and continues to worsen
Any ideas? I have had the machine for 4 years, light sewing, one small quilt.

Well, I gave up on getting an answer and got a refund of my deposit. I am sending the machine back to the seller hoping for a fix or an exchange.
