Hi and welcome to Justanswer.
Initially, it possibly that there is a airlock/clog on the water pump system that need to prime or unclog. In this kind of repair you need to disassemble your vacuum to release the clog. This is not advisable for the user/DIY (do it yourself) fix because disassemble of the machine is for professional job. Also it is possible that your pump is stuck that need to replace. In this case, since your vacuum is less than year old it is under warranty so the best you can do is contact your dealer/store where you brought this and ask for a service warranty.
