I have a Lindhaus L30 which I use to clean hardwoods and vct

Customer Question

I have a Lindhaus L30 which I use to clean hardwoods and vct floors. It is less than a year old, only gets used once a week on average, the pump is not working suddenly. I've already done all the troubleshooting I can do and the pump seems frozen. It's making noise but not pumping any liquid.
I'm not happy, as I spent a lot of money on this machine and it's not even a year old. I use nothing but water and an all-green neutral cleaner.

Hi and welcome to Justanswer.

Initially, it possibly that there is a airlock/clog on the water pump system that need to prime or unclog. In this kind of repair you need to disassemble your vacuum to release the clog. This is not advisable for the user/DIY (do it yourself) fix because disassemble of the machine is for professional job. Also it is possible that your pump is stuck that need to replace. In this case, since your vacuum is less than year old it is under warranty so the best you can do is contact your dealer/store where you brought this and ask for a service warranty.

This is the link for the exploded diagram of your vacuum. Look at the number 50 on the diagram (pump). CLICK HERE to view.

Hope this information will be helpful.

Hi Chester,

Thanks for looking into this. I originally thought that this site was the customer service site for Lindhaus until after I signed up, then I realized that this is an independent service.

I'm dealing with the manufacturer on this.

Thanks again.
