I have a B740 - runs great - clean- when I turn it on it

Customer Question

I have a B740 - runs great - clean- when I turn it on it sounds like a neon sign going bad. Won't stop. The screen shows two nobs with a hand and 45. What does that mean and how can I stop the noise?
