Customer Question

I have a Bernina Artista 180. It has been a great machine. Lately, the bottom the ad is not matching the straightness of the top thread. The bottom thread sews at a slight diagonal off to the right and the tension seems loose. I have never encountered this. Always used the same types of thread and an 80/12 needle for most sewing. I have tried adjusting the tension with minimal success. The stitch offness is most apparent with the straight stitch. Any suggestions? Thanks, ******* ***** *** *** ****

Thanks for your response.

You can try to adjust your upper tension until you get the right one. Use a scrap materials only.

If still, adjust the bobbin tension watch this video on how to do that in a proper way. CLICK HERE
