My mother is one of 8 children and the only surviving child.

Customer Question

My mother is one of 8 children and the only surviving child. Both her parents and All her siblings have predeceased her. One of her siblings was unmarried and had no children. Another of her siblings was married but had no children at the time of her death. All the other siblings have children. My mothers father had a property with a house and some agricultural land. The estate needs to be wound up as it was never settled.
Question - how is the estate divided given that my mother is the only remaining surviving child. I would like to know the proportion that she would be entitled to and also taking into account whether she would be entitled to her unmarried predeceased sisters share with no children and her predeceased married sister's with no children share.
Thank you
