We have a Jura Impressa S9 One Touch coffee machine.

When starting the decalcify process: it repeatedly

1) wants the tray to be replaced and water tank filled even though they are empty and filled.

2) The "Solvent in tank" light is on but the rinse button light will not go on so I cannot continue the process.

Have tried unplugging, putting the machine on and off. But it will not continue with the decalcify.

Where can we find someone to fix the machine in San Francisco? Here is our model:
