Customer Question

I have a Saeco fully automatic Talea Touch, and it is about 6-7 years old.
For a few years when I attempt to make any kind of coffe, a message box pops up telling me that I need to add beans. This is not true as the hoper is full.
Numerous espresso repair businesses, after checking it over, tell me my beans are too oily.
I've tried 15 types of beans and it doesn't make a difference.
I regularly descale, just cleaned the grinder and basically take excellent care of the machine.
This happens consistently about 50% of the time and it is frustrating and I'm wasting expensive beans as it grinds the beans but rather than form a cake it drops it into the waste container.
I don't want to waste my $ by bringing it in for repair to be told it is happening because of oily beans.
Brew group?
Thanks, Catherine
