For applying to the university of your choice, you might though want to see if the two GPA's might be combined to get a good average as you want to count the work done at the first college. Inquire first with the university you are applying to as to see what their requirements are as they might want to see both GPA's from both schools. The most recent GPA should be enough but best to ask the university to see what exactly they need in order for you to be accepted.
