I lost my wireless connection,I have never had this kind of a problem and everything in the house is connected,tablet and 2 I-phones..I lost both my laptop and desktop when I changed over from my Linksys to Time Warner wireless. I am a Senior and usually do okay but this has me really upset Thank you for your help.

I understand that you have issues with connecting to the wifi network.

Ensure you can "see" the WiFi networks in range. There should be a network icon in the Windows status bar. The appearance of this icon depends on what sort of network and what connections are available. If connected to WiFi then it should look like picture 1 (see attachment 1)
