Expression 3.5 machine with screen stuck on "Machine set for twin needle." with the circled check at the bottom of the screen. Screen unresponsive to any button.

You mean your machine hang up? Is this happen as soon as your machine boot up?

This screen occurred after I finished using twin needle and switched to regular needle for regular sewing. After sewing straight for a while I noticed the screen message on the machine.. I tried turning the machine off and unplugging the machine and when I turn it back on the same message is on the screen. It does not respond to any push of the settings button or Information button

Thanks, ***** ***** is a warning only. It should response to settings button. If that is the case, try to rest your machine at least 2 hours just to completely reset all electronic charges on your CPU. Please let me know what happen when you try it. Just keep on touch.Chester

OK I'll wait 2 hours. I will immediately turn off the machine and unplug it.

When I re-plugged, 2 hours later, the same message came up on the screen.
