Hi. Thanks for asking your question! I will try and help you out.


Most often this is a sign of either an injector failure or a cylinder failure. I have seen this many times.


When an injector fails it can overfuel an cylinder and cuase the fuel to come out the exhaust.


Also if a cylinder has a failure like a drpped valve, it will cause a lack of combustion and the fuel will not be burned. So the fuel will come out of the exhaust.
