We have a Saeco SG200EUL coffee machine and it is currently only dispensing half a cup of everything. It worked perfectly and then just started this behavior. We have cleaned the machine thoroughly and reevaluated all of our recipes but the machine continues to only dispense half a cup. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

The model is an SG 200 and it has EUL after it. It is a freestanding, multi-product coffee vending machine with grinder.

Hi and welcome to Just answer.

I am coffee machine technicians and owner/operator of my own coffee vending machines. Unlike coffee machines, coffee Vendo is not prone to water clog/blockage on water line and pump system.

So the primary suspect based on my experience is your machine settings. In water dispense settings, you will choose from 0 to 250 try to adjust the water settings higher then test if you can get a full cup. Then check the taste of your coffee, if the taste of coffee is poor you can adjust your powder too.

In my initial question you will notice we have already troubleshot our recipes with no luck. What other thing should we check?

May I know what is the number on your water settings 0-250..Did you already try to adjust the water only.
