I just harvested 4 gal of snow peas. What do I do tomake them last? Over night in a sealed plastic Jug moisture appeared on the inside of the jug. I know this will cause mold soon. I have now dried every thing out in the sun. What is the next steps?

You want to harvest right away as the more you pick, the more the plant will produce.
