This answer was rated:

Help from a NUTRITIONIST:

I am looking for some new recipes to try out (NOW) so that I will have recipes to use/eat (a year) after my gastric bypass.

The only healthy recipes I have is:

Vegetable Soup
Turkey Chili
Southwestern Corn and Black Bean

What are some super healthy recipes?

Less pasta/breads/fish/etc

Thanks =)
Thank you for your question:

There are a number of excellent places to find health recipes. One popular choice is a monthly magazine (that my wife and I read regularly) is Cooking Light
http://www.cookinglight.com/magazine/current-issue/

I also often recommend the American Heart Association site:
http://www.heart.org/HEARTORG/GettingHealthy/NutritionCenter/Recipes/Recipes_UCM_001184_SubHomePage.jsp
or the AHA Cookbook which can be purchased online
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/1400048265/americanheart-20/002-6615124-7600806

The American Diabetes Association also has some excellent resources

I hope this gives you a great number of choices - Good luck and healthy cooking!
