Sent in prior question information on new leases in NYC. Here is some information that gives numbers of brokers and their deals:

According to Cassidy Turley statistics, roughly 34.8 million square feet of deals (both new and renewals) were done in 2011

I really am trying to find out the market share brokers have in the rental industry. Thats why I need to find out how many deals were closed by brokers in NYC last year.

Let me continue to research and see if I can locate additional market share in this industry.
