i truly dont see that he is still married, some times he thinks he is because of the memory issues he has. he is helping her out though with the children but they are too much for him to cope with. its not good for him. he needs to step back for his own health.

i do feel he loves you theres no question of that and he actually does want to marry you, its difficult for him as hes between the two realities as we have discussed precious xx

I'm sorry you find yourself in such a stressful situation, dear. From the cards I have drawn, Mr. Kirby is still married and therefore cannot marry you before your lease is up at the end of this month. He does care for you and he does want to marry you, but he needs to sort out his other problems first. I do sense his memory is worsening and it is difficult for him to take action and make decisions. No doubt he is a kind person. I am just getting sense that he is living with someone who is very close to him.
Honestly speaking marriage will take sometime because he is not ready yet to get marry. He will marry but not soon. You have to wait for a few months. He is passing through a difficult phase of life and you know that. He is unable to concentrate on this part of life to get married this time. He don't have memory problems actually he is just tensed and having issues with his life that's why he forgets about things because he is unable to concentrate on those things. That's the reason but he will be fine soon. :)

Yes he wants to marry you. There is no doubt in that. But as you are looking for before the year ending that seems hard. Because till he will not free from all the problems of his life i am not getting sense that he will become ready to get married.
I hope you will understand don't want to give you any false hope or prediction. He wants to marry you. He likes you .You are in his heart and mind but you have to wait for a few months to become married and become together permanently.
He can come to see you before the end of this month. But you will be together forever :)

If you know he got divorced this year and is still living with his ex wife, plus this has been an online relationship, there are many other factors in play here, including his memory problems and bipolar disorder, plus his many fears. He is going to have to get his 'house in order', so to speak, before he can embark on an honest relationship with you. There is no doubt that he has strong feelings for you and I understand your feelings of deep love for him, but right now, he needs to make some serious decisions and unfortunately, I do not feel that he will be ready to marry you by the year's end. You will eventually get married, but not until sometime next year, perhaps in the Spring. Your relationship cannot move forward until he is no longer sharing a house with his ex-wife and he gets some counseling by licensed professional for his bi-polar and fearful conditions. This will help him greatly and reduce much of his stress. In turn, this will improve your relationship, make it easier for you, and help him feel more relaxed.

If this is an online-only relationship and you have never yet met in person, you first have to meet, date and get to know each other much better before you can seriously consider marriage. Even though you feel you know each other well, you need to see each other and spend time in person to know how well you will get along, as this is a very important and key factor in any successful relationship.

Continue to communicate as you have been and try to encourage him to seek help for his problems and be supportive, plus ask him to come and meet you in person. honey, you really need to try and get him to sit down and talk to you some how because this is confusing for you. he is giving off so many mixed signals and messages and he really doesnt mean to.

he gets himself very upset and agitated, even angry when his memory gets muddled up. the dates he arranges he has every intention of coming but then forgets, his dementia is really bad right now.

I dont feel that he is still married i really do see hes divorced, i dont feel he is living with her but more helping her out. he does show as wanting to marry you when hes on his normal days so thats when you need to try and speak to him

Because he has many fears, I feel you are correct that one of the reasons he has not wanted to visit you and also a reason he may not want to live with you now, as you so kindly offered, has nothing to do with you, personally, as he does care for you, but it's based in his fear of heights, if you live in a high rise building. If it is not the fear of heights that is preventing him from moving in with you, to alleviate his stress, he may be fearful of making any new decisions at this time, and is very worried about his health. If he is under so much stress that you are afraid he may have a heart attack, you need to convince him to leave that situation if he is still living with his ex-wife. If you know he's been around your building in the past, try to be downstairs and meet with him when he's next around your building. I feel an in person meeting is very important for you both, right now. It's interesting that he called you to pick him up from Emergency, but didn't tell you where he was; however, he called you to help him and this is a good thing. He knows how strongly you feel about him and you're very generous offers are so kind. He needs to give this some thought and you can keep convincing him that where he's living now, in his old house, is not good for his health and adding to/causing his stress. Offer to pick him up and take him out for lunch or dinner, and bring him back to your place, so he can see what it's like. If you're on a high floor, keep the blinds drawn, so he can't look out and see how high it is, since you feel it will bother him if he has a fear of heights. You will eventually get through to him, but it might take him a while to make a decision. You mentioned that your lease is up at the end of this month. Perhaps if you are able to move to a place that is on a lower floor, this might be helpful in convincing him to live with you, or at least spend weekends or at least visit you. Consider that, when you need to renew your lease.

I hope you're doing well, under the circumstances.

I feel Mr. Kirby is still married and his 'ex' is not his 'ex', she is still his wife. They're living in the same house because he can't get her to leave, as they're still married.

I know this is disappointing news for you, but he does care for you and wants to get out of his marriage so he can be with you; however, I do not see that happening before the end of the year. You might eventually marry him when he is truly, legally divorced and able to marry again, but this, unfortunately will not be before the end of this year.

If he told you that you are on your own now, you will have to accept that for the time being and you will be able to do that, due to the positive energies around you.

If your lease is up at the end of this month and you cannot stay where you are, you should begin looking for another place as you don't have much time. If you can stay where you are, plan on doing that, if you like your place and want to continue living there, plus you can afford it.

I'm sorry if this is not what you were expecting to hear, but it is the way things are at this time. You are a strong person and you will come out okay in this situation.

If you know for a fact that he is divorced, what is preventing him from marrying you as soon as possible? You both want it, he has told you many times how much he wants this to happen, but at the same time, he has never been to your home.

Darling, with online romances, it's very easy for him to tell you anything as truth, and have you believe it. You feel, why shouldn't I believe him? He's a wonderful man who has told me he loves me and I love him back. We want to be together and it will happen as soon as he's able to make it happen. You have no way to know if he is actually being truthful with you. Unfortunately, I have seen many friends in this type of situation and in the end, they will be hurt. I wouldn't want to see that happen to you.

Unless you have the means to look up his marriage/divorce records online in public records from the clerk of the court in your state, city or county, you do not know if he is legally divorced or not. You can also look up the address of the house he told you he bought, but then had to give up because he couldn't support two mortgages. You can do this if you know the address, through the property appraiser's website of your city/county. From there, you can see if he was ever an owner of that house, by searching the sales records on the home. If you know his current address, you can do the same for that house.

I don't want to upset or disappoint you, or burst your romantic bubble, but I'm trying to be honest, because you deserve it, and I have much experience in dealing with online relationships. A person can be anyone they want to be, on the internet. They can own homes and be divorced and you really have no way of knowing unless you research what they say online with legal records.

I'm just trying to prevent you from being hurt, if what he's saying turns out not to be true.

You need to meet with him in person and find out the real story about his wife and his life.

I'm so sorry that you got no reply when you told Mr. Kirby you would be willing to split expenses with him. If he told you you're on your own and he's on his own at this time, plus, you found out he has a problem with alcohol, this may be the reason for his erratic behavior. I'm so sorry that you were in such an abusive relationship in the past, and I understand that you love Mr. Kirby and would like to help him, but from my reading, unfortunately, I do not see you being married to him later this year, before the holidays, due to the current circumstances, which are not within your control.

He is not surrounded by positive energies now and is having a very hard time. As much as you want to help him, a person must want to accept that help and it seems he is not willing to do that at this time.

You, however, are surrounded by positive energies because you are such a giving, kind, and helping person and you will be rewarded for this, in due time. You may have to wait a while to reap your rewards, but they will come.
