Those emails are scams.

I would not reply to it or open any attachments and certainly do NOT give any personal information or click on links and give passwords.

Also, never click on a link in an email that says there is a problem with your bank accoutn such as your assets being frozen, account locked, etc.

Those links are fake links and when you put in your password XXXXX username they can steal all of your information.
