I see that he will not help you unless you sell that house. you are right he doesnt want to have to pay you too much after the divorce he is garding his money and doing all the calculations. i see that he is struggles to pay his bills at the moment but i see him coming into some money that he will try to hide.
The courts will not allow him to leave you with nothing he will have to help you wether he likes it or not.
he wants you to be in a smaller and cheaper place , which mean less for him to have to pay or help u with especially after the divorce.
Hang in there you will be ok though i see you findig a way out.
