I do see you and your family getting yourself out of the house you are living in over the next year or so. How ever im not seeing you being able to move into your mums house hun. Even though your brother doesnt show as wanting to live there full time, he does seem to want to treat it as a weekend thing for some time to come. the house will eventually be sold though and then the proceeds split which will actually help with your own move if that makes sense xx

I do see you moving out of there, in all the devastation of the house in repair on certain issues are still going to be fixed. It is going to be put up for sale and sold. The other sibling not the brother is going to have it sold and divided amongst the three of you.
You will be getting your own place which at this time you need your space and a place that is your own. It is going to be in a place with a great atmosphere and you will be more on your own, but I do see this happening. Your brother does not really care regardless either way, he does not want to take the responsibility in this whole issue anyhow. It will take a little time but I see the FOR SALE sign on the house.
