Second about your brother as i can get he actually never gave importance or was never been too serious about love part . But sorry as i can get the relationship between them will face problems and will require efforts from both of them so that could lead to better results ( Hope you do understand) .
And about health past i will suggest for going to some medical test , although i am not getting cancer thing but yes she do have some health issues so its adviced that better to see a doctor in this case

I knew it that its not going to be cancer but yes other health issues was seen
and about your brother relationship,you can just have a look at my above response i have said that your brother have not been serious about relationship and love and the relationship between him and Karen will face problems and will require efforts to have a better relationship .
and yes it wil take time for your brother to recognize the honesty and sweetness of Karen .
And about paul yes i have answered that you before too that he willl be returning to you and children and as you have asked when so the time i can get around the month of july 2012 ( i know its longer but yes its going to give a better relationship between you both ). And as i can get he will realize soon the ill effects of the addiction as he feels bad when get the thought about you and children . So he will realise and feel sorry about whatever he did in the past with you and about his behaviour .
And i have a good news yes you will be getting the children although i can sense difficulties in this because lots of efforts are being put forward for not letting you have them but yes you will make it , so its Yes you will be having them . And for the woman being there i am not getting a much clear picture but as i can get its going to be near may 2012 (maybe somewhat before as i am not getting much clear picture now )
