My wife and i are considering purchasing a house near a railroad

This answer was rated:

My wife and i are considering purchasing a house near a railroad crossing. How can i find a schedule for trains through that crossing so i can try to determine the noise level?

It is in Henderson, Nevada and must be freight as we have no commuter trains in this area.

Unfortunately, the frequency and timing of freight traffic varies significantly based on the needs of local industry etc.

I would suggest asking the current owner/builder AND current neighbors of the house you are thinking of buying about the frequency timing of train traffic.
