Resolved Question:

someone wants to camp out in your back yard for a while. the only thing you'd be supplying them is an extension cord plugged into the outside of your house. they would be using electricity from your house for a laptop and a 13" tv. lets say that both items are on and in use for 24 hours of every day. can you give me some type of idea as to what the cost would be for the electricty that would be used to have those items in use for 24 hours of a day?

i know i ask you guys some off the wall questions, sorry, but i really do appreciate the help you usually give me.

Roughly .05 per hour for those two devices together so 24 hours would be about $1.20 per day if left on constantly.

All the best.
