True. An agreement of sale is based on the home inspection. Usually the inspector will give their opinion of what needs to be corrected and then the buyer will often require those items are done by the seller before the completion of the sale. However, items found in the home inspection can definitely lead to the cancellation of an agreement of sale as that is conditioned on the inspection.
