I would like to listen to audio feeds of information (not watch

Resolved Question:

I would like to listen to audio feeds of information (not watch video) like if I'd like to learn the ins and out of online auctions and how to make the most money for the item I put up for bid. But I just want to listen to it, while I work on something else with this computer. Is there such a site?

Hello Ann, and welcome back to Just Answer!

There doesn't seem to be any website for this purpose, with just audio. They are either read-only or contain videos. What you can do, if you're interested in the ones with videos, is run the video, listen to the text and minimize the video window so you can continue to work on something else on your computer. I think this is one of the best (and free) guides on how to maximize your earnings from online auctions, available in print form:

You can try to find a free audiobook to download to your iPod or computer from this site: http://www.pickthebrain.com/blog/free-audio-book-and-podcast-resources/

Hi Cher, well I looked over your sites, and yes they are nice sites, and it's not a situation I need inventory, it's that I have a lot of inventory already. Most of which is antique and rare etc. so I was looking more for a instructional audio (or video I can just listen to) do you know any of those?

Hi again, Ann and thanks for your reply with additional information.

Now that you've clarified a bit more, what you are looking for, please allow me some time to research this for you.

Thanks for your patience.

Hi again, Ann.

I've found the following site, which seems to have lots of information re: selling on eBay with a specialty in antiques. It's by the same man (Skp McGrath) and his wife, who wrote the tips and tools for selling on eBay, at the first link I sent you in my previous answer.

There, I saw 'eBay radio' mentioned, and this may be advantageous to you. You can choose to listen to live shows twice a week, and/or listen to archived shows. This may be the 'audio' information that will be beneficial to you, so check it out.
