I'm about to teach English in Korea. I'm concerned that I don't have enough money to get by the first month there. I'll be in Incheon, Korea. How much is food? How much is the public transportation there? I will get paid on the October 9th.

Hello,

Welcome to Just Answer and thanks for your question. The cost of living in Korea is considerably lower than it is in most western countries. It is best to have at least a month's salary in reserve when you go to Korea. Here is some more specific information about prices.
