My boyfriend of 7 years is moving in with me and my four kids.

My boyfriend of 7 years is moving in with me and my four kids. He has 2 kids and he had sole custody. His ex and (ex-druggie) is now going to taking them so the younger son can stay in his school. His daughter is 20 and a pothead with no job. He's been staying at my house which I own meanwhile his daughter moved into his place. I have helped my boyfriend get his contractor's license, have advanced him money for living and vacations. He is now treating me with disrespect and he expects my kids to do all the chores. He is in construction so he is tired at the end of his day but he doesn't help out and I work too. He spoils his kids and doesn't expect anything from them, meanwhile he's bossing my kids around. He has given up his apartment to live with me which is closer to his work. I am upset because he is very self-centered and doesn't step up when I ask him to. He does pay rent to me and we decided it was time for him to let his apartment go.He spoils his kids and expects nothing from them. I'm more demanding of my kids and do not spoil them. I am not sure he should move in with me now but he's given up his apartment. It's been 7 years and he's finally getting his business together, but he has no savings and he has a long way to go. I have savings and work hard. What should I do? I am stressing because he's not appreciating where he's at today because of my helping him and I'm worried he's going to be a negative influence in our household. He can't get his apartment back and he doesn't have savings to get another apartment. I feel stuck and unappreciated. He used to show a lot more appreciation. I don't understand what is going on with him.
