I have a Brinks Home Security safe #20000102443 I have the combo but doesn't work, I bought the safe new and never changed the combo from the factory setting. I may have the combo out of sequence. can I get the combo for the factory setting on this safe?

Yes, you should be able to get the original factory set combination and/or reset the combination on your safe, and this information would be included in your owner's manual. If you don't have the manual, you can download one, here:

If the manual does not contain the information you require, you will need to contact the manufacturer to obtain information on how to reset or change your combination after proving ownership of the safe, by submitting a notarized letter.
