When water is frozen into ice and in a solid state, does that

Resolved Question:

When water is frozen into ice and in a solid state, does that make it a food or drink?

A drink is by definition liquid. You cannot drink a solid. Therefore liquid water is a drink.
Equally, one cannot drink a solid. Therefore ice is not a drink, although it may be a food.
